Race for YOUR Mental Health

Join us for CASBHC’s Race for YOUR Mental Health 5K, featuring a Kids' Fun Run and a Health Fair with local exhibitors and activities for all ages. Registration begins at 7:45 a.m., and the kids' Fun Run begins at 8:30 a.m. Following the Kids' Fun Run, the 5K run/walk will begin at 9 a.m., along with the Health Fair and all of the family-friendly activities.
