Location: 1147 Laurel Ave SW, Norton, VA

Registration Closes: Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET

Race Day Registration & Packet Pick-Up: Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM at the High Knob Destination Center. Race day registration fee is $45.

Race Packet Includes: Race shirt and bib/pins.

Restroom Facilities: Available at the registration site and along the course in Flag Rock Recreation Area.

Timing: Hand timing. Runners must have bibs visible for time recording.

Race Course: An open, out-and-back course. Be aware of vehicles on the road and sharp, blind curves, especially during the ascent to Flag Rock Recreation Area. Course marshals and directional arrows will be present.

Awards: Top three men and women, and overall masters man and woman (age 40+). Finisher pins for all participants.

Aid Stations: Located at approximately the 1.9-, 2.75-, and 3.4-mile markers, providing water.

Time Limit: All runners must finish by 11:30 AM.
