Events:

• 5K Run/Walk: $31.74 (includes $2.74 fee), 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM PDT. Registration opens November 22, 2025.
• Kids 5K (14 and under): $16.90 (includes $1.90 fee), 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM PDT. Registration opens November 22, 2025. Open to ages 1-14.

Description: Prior to the opening of the Redding Health Expo, come run/walk with us. Join in a 5K run/walk. Races start at 8:00 AM. Race day registration/packet pickup starts at 7:00 AM. Awards for overall and age groups 3 deep, both races. Race start/finish will be on the backside of civic in the alley (north/Sundial side).
