Join us on June 20th, 2026, to celebrate the 34th Anniversary of the Rhulen Rock Hill Run & Ramble (R4). This 5k is an iconic local race and one of the longest-standing in the Hudson Valley. We moved down the hill to Holiday Mountain Ski Area in 2023, where we have a new USTAF Certified 5K Course. It is scenic and fast!

The 5K is hosted by The Trevor Loughlin Foundation, which is inspired to make a difference in the lives of patients battling acute, catastrophic illnesses and all blood cancers. The battle to cure leukemia became a personal one for Race Director Suzy Loughlin and her family, when in 1998, her father, Walter Rhulen, died of leukemia. Walter, a dedicated runner, was committed to the health of his community. In 2013, another tragedy resulted in the death of Suzy’s son Trevor, 21. The Trevor Loughlin Foundation is fueled by the force of a parent who wants her child to be remembered, along with the patients we have lost.

Event Information:

• Live Timed Event (includes T Shirt): Early Bird (Until April 30th): $32.80 Adult, $16.90 Age 10 and Under. Standard (May 6th - June 19th): $38.10 Adult, $22.20 Age 10 and Under. Race Day (June 20th): $43.40 Adult, $22.20 Age 10 and Under.
• Virtual Event - No Shirt: $16.90. Participate from anywhere.
• Virtual Event - With Shirt (Mailed to You): $38.10. Participate from anywhere.
• Just Want the Shirt - I'll Pick it Up: $27.50. Pick up your event shirt on race day.

Early Race Packet Pick Up: Thursday, June 18th, 4-7 PM or Race Day Morning (7:00 - 8:45 AM).

Timing: Gun Start - Chip Finish for Overall Awards. Chip to Chip timing for Age Group Awards.

Awards: Overall 1st, 2nd, 3rd Male/Female ($300-$100). Masters Overall Age 45+ (1st Place Male, 1st Place Female - $150). 5-year age groups. Fastest Firefighter award.

Course: USTAF Certified 5K Course starting at the base of the lodge, following Holiday Mt. Road to Edwards Road, with an out-and-back along the Neversink River. Flat with no turns other than the halfway point.

Parking: Arrive no later than 8:30 AM. Two parking areas available.

Beneficiaries: Proceeds benefit The Trevor Loughlin Foundation, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, DKMS Delete Blood Cancer, and local charities.

Raffles: Available for purchase during registration, on the website, or on race day. Proceeds benefit the Trevor Loughlin Foundation.

Bone Marrow Drive: Held annually to encourage donations to the international bone marrow donor bank.

Brittany Beckmann Bakery: Pop-up bakery selling baked goods to raise funds for the Trevor Loughlin Foundation.

Healthiest Fire Department Challenge: Points awarded for participation; special raffle for participating departments.
