Rock Your Squad 5K Run/Walk

Join us for the Rock Your Squad 5K Run/Walk on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at 6:30 pm at Tidal Creek Brewhouse in Myrtle Beach, SC. Show your team spirit by dressing up in your favorite sports team attire and participate in the race. The course is not certified but has been measured close to 5K distance. Strollers, runners, and walkers are all welcome to participate. The virtual option is available until July 23, 2023.

Registration is only available online, and it closes on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at 6:00 pm. Packet pickup is on Monday, August 7, from 4:30-6:30 pm at TBD and on Tuesday, August 8, from 5:15-6:15 pm at Tidal Creek Brewhouse. Free parking is available in the Farrow Parkway garage on Howard Avenue and along the side streets in Market Common.

After the race, participant snacks will be available post-race provided by Food Lion, and live music will be in the Tidal Creek Beer Garden. Overall awards will be given to the top three male and female participants, and all participants will be entered into a raffle drawing. No age group awards will be given, and raffle prizes will be given in place of age group awards.

Participants are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite sports team attire and check-in at the lululemon table upon arrival before the race start to be considered for prizes.
