The #OMAAT (One Mile At A Time) 24-Hour Run/Walk Challenge is a unique endurance event designed for all paces and goals. Inspired by the recovery principle of ODAAT (One Day At A Time), this challenge reminds us that progress is built one step, one mile, one day at a time.

Here’s how it works:
The course is a one-mile loop at Fellows Road Park. Run or walk as many — or as few — laps as you choose within the 24-hour window. Come and go as you please — you set your own challenge. A fully stocked aid station will be available at the start/finish line throughout the event.

Whether you’re aiming to push your distance, enjoy the camaraderie of the recovery community, or simply move with purpose, this event is about showing up and giving your best — one mile at a time. 💙 Every step matters. Every mile counts. Every person belongs.
