Ruidoso Runfest

Join us September 18th and 19th for the 2nd annual Ruidoso Runfest, a family-friendly weekend hosted by the Village of Ruidoso Parks & Recreation dept. The event includes running, local bands, food trucks, and the Downshift Brewing Company beer garden.

Friday Night: Kicks off with the Pizza Hut 5K and Kids 1K fun run. Awards, music, post-race pizza, and a beer garden at Wingfield Park.

Saturday Events:

• 7th running of the Ruidoso Marathon
• Ruidoso Half Marathon
• State-Forty-Seven Road 47K/50K presented by Bluebird Running (New Mexico's only premier road 50K with an optional loop for ultra distance).

Saturday will feature a festival-like atmosphere with awards, post-race food, live music, a beer garden, food trucks, and a bear carving demonstration. Post-race showers available at the Ruidoso Athletic Club.

T-shirt size guaranteed if registered by midnight on Sept 6th.

Packet Pick Up:

• All Events: Wingfield Park, Friday, July 18th, from 2 pm to 6 pm.
• Marathon, Half-marathon, and 47/50K: Race Start Location, Saturday, July 19th, from 5 am to 6:45 am.

Fees: Prices vary by race and registration date. See website for details.

Virtual Events: Marathon, Half Marathon, 5K options available. Virtual packets can be mailed for an additional fee.

Awards: Top 3 overall Male & Female for Marathon, Half Marathon, 47K, and 5K. Age group awards and custom charms available. State Forty-Seven 47K/50k swag includes a long-sleeved shirt, trucker cap, and custom medal. A 50K charm is available for completing the extra 3K.

Military Discount: 15% discount on Full/Half Marathon and 47K/50K for active-duty military and veterans (ID required). Refund policy for active duty service members with deployment orders.
