Rumpshaker 5K

18th Annual Rumpshaker 5K

The Rumpshaker 5K is a chip-timed race benefiting colorectal cancer awareness. It includes an in-person 5K, a virtual 5K, and a 1-mile fun run. Team discounts are available for teams of 5 or more. The event will be held at Regions Field in Birmingham, AL on March 28, 2026.

In-Person Event: The in-person 5K race will be chip-timed. Participants can register for the 5K or the 1-mile fun run.

Virtual Event: The virtual 5K allows participants to complete the race at their own pace and location. Participants will receive a 5K T-shirt.

Registration: Register online or create/join a team. Fundraise $250 to receive up to $25 back on your entry fee.

Packet Pickup: March 25-27, 2026, 11am-6pm at Fleet Feet - Birmingham, 3060 Healthy Way, Suite 100, Birmingham, AL 35243.

Race Day: March 28, 2026. Race starts at 8:00 am (5K) and 9:00 am (1-mile fun run). Awards ceremony at 9:15 am.
