Run for Mental Health 5K/10K/13.1 HOUSTON

Join the Movement for Mental Health! Lace up your sneakers and make every step count! This empowering journey towards well-being lets you run with purpose for a healthier mind. Your run can make a difference!

Overview: This smaller, private group run has a cap per wave. All paces and ages (under 18 with guardian) are welcome. There's no equipment or setup needed.

Timing: Timing is optional; you can use an app or ask coordinators for help. No timing chips are used.

What You Get: Running T-Shirt (US only), Finisher's Towel or Giveaway, Finisher's Medal, Digital Training Pack, Online Results & Certificate of Completion, Invitation to Join one of our Local Running Clubs, Technical Running Shirts (Optional upgrade for $5).

Packet Pickup: Swag is shipped to your address. Race bibs are provided on race day.

Race Updates: A final update with details and course maps will be emailed the Wednesday before the race.

Wave Times: Wave A: 7:30 AM, Wave B: 8:00 AM, Wave C: 8:30 AM. Late runners can join upon arrival.

Virtual Run Option: Our Virtual Run offers a Training Pack with Digital Tools. You can run anytime, anywhere, and submit results to receive your medal.
