Join us for Run Strong, a unique event designed for hybrid athletes who are dedicated to excelling in both strength and endurance. This event is open to all fitness levels and will take place in Denver.
The main workout, known as "The Hardest Mile," will challenge participants to complete a series of movements within a 400m distance. The workout includes 400m of broad jumps (no weight), 400m of walking lunges (with a ruck sack or weight vest), 400m of bear crawl (with a ruck sack or weight vest), and 400m of running (with a ruck sack or weight vest).
Don't worry if you don't have a ruck sack or weight vest, as we will have extras available for use. All movements can be scaled and modified to suit your ability, so everyone is welcome to participate.
In addition to the workout, there will be opportunities to connect with like-minded athletes who share your passion for hybrid training. Snacks and drinks will be provided, and there will also be free giveaway items from the Ten Thousand brand.
