Come join the Brain Injury Association of Arizona for the 8th Annual Run, Walk and Roll 10K - 5K - 1 Mile event on March 21st! Enjoy one of the most beautiful parks in the Valley while supporting survivors of brain injury! Register for a 10k or 5k run, or join the 1-mile walk!

All monies raised will benefit the adaptive recreation and socialization programs that are run throughout the year, including game night, movie days, and Camp Brain.

Registration fees

Prices are inclusive of mandatory charges, items, and fees

• Dec 1 – Dec 31: $38.81 ($35 + processing fee)
• Jan 1 – Feb 28: $44.17 ($40 + processing fee)
• Mar 1 – Mar 20: $49.52 ($45 + processing fee)

Virtual Registration

A virtual race is a race that can be ran at any location. You can walk, use the treadmill, run outside or participate in another race. You can run your race at your pace wherever you like. All virtual race participants will receive a custom event finisher's medal and custom event t-shirt. Virtual Registrations are restricted to US addresses only.

• Custom Event Shirt in choice of Tech or Cotton. Option to upgrade to a cotton long sleeve. Option to select 'No Shirt' and receive a $5 discount.
• Age Group Awards for Top Three in all Age Groups for the 10K and 5K distances.

• Chip Timed with Real Time Results and Photos on our Website or Mobile App

Race Day Information

Race Day Registration will be available beginning at 7:00am at Kiwanis Park. We accept cash, or credit card on race day. Cost of registration on race day will be: 10K - $50, 5K - $40, 1M - $30.

We welcome wheelchairs, strollers & wagons. No roller blades/skates, skateboards or motorized devices are allowed on the run or walk courses. Leashed pet and walker friendly. This event will take place rain or shine. There are no refunds available due to weather.
