Run White and Blue 5K

Kick off your Independence Day with a fun, festive 5K in the heart of Norfolk! The Run White & Blue 5K is a family-friendly race that winds through Downtown Norfolk, taking you through the scenic trails of Johnsons Park and along the beautiful riverfront before finishing back downtown—just in time for the city’s 4th of July Parade at 10:00 AM.

Race Day Details:

• Location: Riverpoint Square, 301 W Norfolk Ave (Downtown Norfolk)
• Race Packet Pick-Up: Friday, July 3rd from 5:00-7:00 PM or Saturday, July 4th from 6:30-7:45 AM.
• Same-Day Registration: Available from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM (Registration closes at 7:00 AM)
• Race Meeting: 7:40 AM
• Race Start: 8:00 AM

Every participant receives a custom Run White & Blue T-shirt and a commemorative finisher medal. Additionally, awards include top male and female prizes and various specialty prizes for participants. Come dressed in your red, white, and blue best!
