Run with Her 5K Run and Walk

RUN WITH HER IS BACK AND BIGGER THAN EVER!!! Join us this fall for a morning of movement, community, and impact as we come together to support the Welcome Centre Shelter. Our annual 5K Run and Walk returns on September 27, 2026, starting at 9:15 am at McHugh Park. Additional parking will be available at the WFCU Centre. This event welcomes all fitness levels. Walkers, joggers, and runners are encouraged to participate. The event will take place rain or shine, and first-time participants are always welcome and encouraged. The course follows scenic park pathways and includes an aid station to keep participants hydrated. Every registration includes a Dri-Fit race shirt, and all finishers will receive an official Run With Her medal. In addition to the 5K, families can enjoy a Kid’s Run and on-site activities throughout the morning. Community partners will be joining us, along with music, prizes, and fun activities for kids. It is a great opportunity to connect with others who are passionate about supporting the community.
