The primary purpose of this event is to bring the entire community together and show our Indian community presence and support by donating part of the proceeds to local non-profits combating poverty and providing food supplies for the needy.
The 5K Run starts and finishes at the Tipton Trail South Shelter, with water stations along the course. 2K participants will also enjoy activities with toy water guns provided for kids under 15 years.
Awards will be given for top overall male and female finishers, along with age bracket awards in the 5K. The 2K will also recognize individual category winners.
