Scribners Mill 5k

A great introduction to trail running, this event will take you down to the historic Crooked River and have you exploring the raw trails of the Crooked River Forest. Take in some freshly cut trails featuring tall red pines and scenic river views.

• When: Sunday, July 27th, 2025
• Where: Scribners Mill - 244 Scribners Mills Rd, Harrison, ME 04040
• Race Start: 9:00 AM
• Bib Pick-up: Race morning 7:00 - 8:45 AM (Walk-in registrations are welcome the day of the race, but will be cash only)
• Price: $25 (Sign up for 1 race in the series and get $5 off another race in the series. Sign up for any 3 races in the series and receive a series sweatshirt!)

All proceeds benefit the Loon Echo Land Trust, a non-profit that works to conserve land in the Lakes Region, including the Crooked River Forest.

Aid Station

There will be one aid station, roughly halfway along the course. This station will only have water. Please be prepared with your own form of calories and electrolytes, if needed.

Volunteers

If you are not interested in running but still want to be involved, consider volunteering! We are looking for individuals to direct participants at key points on the course and help participants at the start/finish and at the aid station.
