Shiver Me Shamrocks Heritage O'Family 5k

Don your green and join Heritage Family Credit Union in giving winter the boot! Run or walk in our Shiver Me Shamrocks 5k Run/Walk. Fun, festive - and for a good cause. Your participation supports nonprofits in Southern Vermont through gifts made from the Heritage Family Cares for You Foundation.

The first 250 5k registrants will receive free race swag. Every registered 5k runner/walker will receive a drink ticket, good for one drink or soda, at Taco Fresco, Roots, Nonna's, Speakeasy or Loose Luna directly following the race! Kids will begin the day with the FREE Leprechaun Leap Fun Run, powered by Rutland Regional Medical Center, down Center Street at 1pm.

Costumes are encouraged - wear your best green! There is a 60 minute time limit to walk or run the 5k. Race support will be pulled at 2pm. No dogs allowed. Strollers are highly discouraged due to the poor road and sidewalk conditions this time of year.

Registration will start at noon at The Paramount Theatre, 30 Center Street, Rutland, VT 05701.
