PLACE: Southwest General - Main Campus, 18697 Bagley Road, Middleburg Heights, OH 44130

The race will begin and end on the southeast side of Southwest General's Main Campus, utilizing the Cleveland Metroparks’ Lake to Lake Trail. Proceed to the southern parking lot off Old Oak Boulevard.

START TIMES

• 8:00 a.m. - Race Day Registration and Packet Pick up (Outside, in the basement of Garage D)
• 8:45 a.m. - Pre-race warm up (outside)
• 9:00 a.m. - 5K (3.1-mile) run and 1-mile walk begin
• 10:30 a.m. - Approximate time for awards presentation

TIMING

5K is Chip Timed.

REGISTRATION

ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES: 4/18 at 9:00 AM

• 5K Run (Chip Timed): $25 (deadline April 10, 2026), $30 (April 11 through race day)
• 1 Mile Walk (Non-Timed): $20 (deadline April 10, 2026), $25 (April 11 through race day)

All mailed pre-registered entries must be received by Wednesday, April 15, 2026. Checks payable to: Southwest General Health Center. Mail entries to: Southwest General Health Center, Marketing Department, 18697 Bagley Rd., Middleburg Heights, Ohio 44130-3497.

WHAT YOU GET

• Long-sleeved T-shirts for the first 300 entrants (run and walk).
• FREE Refreshments for Walkers & runners following the race.

AWARDS (5K Only)

Top man and woman overall, and top three in age categories: 10 & Under, 11-15, 16-20, 21-25, 26-30, 31-35, 36-40, 41-45, 46-50, 51-55, 56-60 & 61 & Over.
