NEW THIS YEAR!! Enjoy our more biker friendly SPA GIRL TRI Lite for those needing to avoid all those pesky "gently rolling" hills but still want to conquer our exciting triathlon.

Our SPA GIRL experience will not only inspire you, ladies, but empower you to conquer life challenges!! You will be treated to an enjoyable RACE-CATION weekend complete with custom ladies tech tees, classy Finisher Medal, swag bag, post race party along the banks of the peaceful Colorado River along with a very scenic course.

RACE DISTANCES/DESCRIPTION for our SUPER Tri Race:

• 325 meter swim: Your race starts with a gorgeous dip in the CROOKED RIVER POOL as you navigate the flat swim loop sans the jets.
• 10 MILE BIKE: You will carefully exit the swim and head over to Transition 1 to hop on your bike for a scenic 1-loop 10 mile ride on the quiet country roads around the Hyatt Lost Pines. Though hills are in the area, your bike course is mostly flat with a few rolling hills but oh so worth the effort.
• 2 MILE RUN: Next up, pulsate past the manicured greens of the Wolfdancer Golf Club to a fabulous finish on their glorious Colorado River side amphitheatre.

Need to go a little longer? Jump into our SPA GIRL TRI Sprint with a Swim of 650m, Bike - 18 miles and a 3.1 Mile Run (5k).

POST RACE CELEBRATION in the LBJ Pavilion next to the riverside amphitheatre complete with homemade quiche, fresh fruit & chocolate fountains along with yummy mimosas.
