Location: Riverside State Park, Nine Mile Falls, WA US - 99026
The Spokane River Run is back on April 19, 2026! This event is one of the oldest trail runs in the Pacific Northwest and is part of the Trail Runner’s Trophy Series. It is 100% volunteer-organized and funds the Garfield Elementary A.P.P.L.E. program and partner organizations.

- 5K

- 25K
- 25K Challenge
- 50K
- 50K Relay
- 25K Tag Team (2-person relay)
Finisher medals are awarded for 25k and 50k events. The event also features a Garland Brew Werks Beer Garden and post-race snacks.
