Spring Clinic 2026
This clinic will help prepare you for the running events of the Iron Knee/Tender Knee trail race. You will run with experienced, friendly clinic leaders and who will share their skills. The clinic will cover trail running technique, gear, hydration, navigation, safety, trail food, trail etiquette, and more.
Courses
- Short Distance (Tender Knee): Prerequisite: 5 km on the road. Price: $147.50. Register between Dec 1 - Apr 11.
- Long Distance (Iron Knee): Prerequisite: 15 km. Price: $147.50. Register between Dec 1 - Apr 11.
