Course Information

The sixth annual Stillhouse 100K consists of an out-and-back course based on the well-known Upchuck 50K. This course is not for beginners and features only three aid stations roughly every 10 miles. Aid stations will offer water, Powerade, prepackaged chips, gummy bears, and hot food such as ramen or quesadillas at mile 31.

Required Gear

Minimum required gear includes a hydration pack with at least 1 liter of water, a shell jacket, an insulating layer, gloves, a headlamp with extra batteries, and emergency blankets. Runners are recommended to have a drop bag accessible at mile 31.

Pacers

Pacers are allowed from mile 31 at the Legget Road Aid Station, with only one pacer per runner at any time.
