WEEKEND SCHEDULE

• FRIDAY: 150Mile start - 6PM
• Saturday starts: 100m - 6am, 100k/50m - 7am, 50k - 8am
• NIGHTTIME Saturday: 10mile - 8PM, 50k - 8PM
• Sunday: 10mile - 10am start
• Monday: 6AM course closes for ALL races. Cut off for ALL races is MONDAY at NOON.

Course

The course is a 10.48 mile loop set in the beautiful pine barren area of Long Island, offering a secluded trail experience.

Aid Stations

Two Aid Stations: North Country (start/finish) and Whiskey Girl (at just over 5.5 miles). Expect ultra running staples and accommodating volunteers.

Crews/Pacers

Pacers are allowed to start with you around dark. Crews are allowed at both Aid Stations, with potential restrictions based on distance and permit.

Refunds & Deferrals

Refunds available up to SIX MONTHS before race date. Deferrals available up until 30 days before race day.

• 50 Miler: Sat 7:00 AM
• 50K (DAY): Sat 8:00 AM
• 50K (NIGHT): Sat 8:00 PM
• 10 Miler: Sun 10:00 AM
• Night Time 10miler: Sat 8:00 PM
