Back again for the 2026 edition, the Juneteenth Half Marathon & 10K takes us along the entirety of the storied Civil War Defenses of Washington Trail. This 'proper' trail run (i.e. dirt + elevation) has two distance options:

• Half Marathon (out and back; 1,375ft elevation gain) - Strava Route Map
• 10K (one-way, northbound; 467ft elevation gain) - Strava Route Map
