Courses:

• Two Rounds (5 Mile Run and 7 Mile Ride): 12 miles total. A 5-mile cross country run followed by a 7-mile mountain bike ride.
• The Short Shaolin: 7 miles. One 7-mile loop of mountain biking.
• The Shaolin: 14 miles. Two loops of mountain biking.
• The Mighty Shaolin: 21 miles. Three loops of mountain biking.
