Grab your buns and get ready — it’s time to ketchup with your friends at The Wiener Run! Join us this May for a hilarious, high-energy, springtime celebration of running, picnics, and pups — complete with a free hot dog and beverage at the finish line! 🐾🌸 This isn’t just a run — it’s a full-on BBQ bash with a side of community love. We’re proud to partner with a local wiener dog rescue group, donating a portion of proceeds to help fund their rescue operations. We’ll also be collecting dog food, toys, and treats for our four-legged friends — so bring a bag and show some puppy love! 🎉

Race Distances

• Kids Dash – “The Tiny Wienie Run” (10 & Under): A fun, 20-yard dash for our littlest runners! Not timed — just pure fun and laughter.
• 1 Mile – “The Little Wiener Run”: Perfect for all ages and experience levels! Not chip-timed.
• 5K (3.11 miles) – “The Short Wiener Run”: Chip-timed with awards, music, and post-race celebration!
• 10K (6.22 miles) – “The Long Wiener Run”: Double the distance, double the glory!

• 6:30–7:45 AM – Packet Pickup
• 7:55 AM – Kids Dash (meet at start line)
• 8:00 AM – National Anthem & Race Start
• Hot dog & beverage service opens at the finish line!
• Results & awards available live at the registration tent.

Volunteer Opportunities

• Volunteer Then Run (5K Distance Only): Be part of the action and then earn your bun! Includes a chip-timed bib, t-shirt, and finisher medal.
• Full Race Volunteer (Non-Running Role): Volunteers Receive: Bigfoot race shirt, VIP race access, Choice of a FREE future race entry or $20 Amazon gift card.

• Shirt guarantee: 10 days before race day.
• Rain or shine — it’s BBQ season either way!
• Packet Pickup: Opens 1.5 hours before race start.
• Course Surface: Expect a mix of pavement, crushed granite, and grass paths.
• Public Space Notice: Events take place in public parks — please share the path with dog walkers and picnickers.
