U-Pick 5k & Spin

U-Pick 5k & Spin is an exciting event taking place on Sunday, October 22nd, 2023 at 14 Thomas Point Rd Brunswick, ME. This event is organized by the Coastal Crew, Portside Real Estate Group, and Spark Cycling Studio to raise money for the Adaptive Outdoor Education Center. The center's mission is to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities through adaptive recreation and education programs.

Participants have the option to choose from three different courses. The first course is a 5K run or walk, suitable for all fitness levels. The second course is a Kid's Fun Run, covering a distance of 500m and designed specifically for children. The third course is a spin class, led by the owner of Spark Cycling Studio.

In addition to the races, there will be various activities and attractions for participants and spectators to enjoy. Food trucks will be available, offering a variety of delicious options. Participants will also have the opportunity to tour the 10,000 sq ft Coastal Performance Training Facility. Free fitness evaluations will be provided for both adults and youth.

This event is not only a great way to welcome the start of fall but also an opportunity to support a worthy cause. By participating, you will be helping the Adaptive Outdoor Education Center continue their amazing work.
