Kick off Father’s Day weekend by joining Kansas City’s Summer of Champions at Village Shalom! Whether you’re racing for time or walking with family, this beloved tradition celebrates the everyday champions who strengthen our community—fathers, grandfathers, caregivers, residents, and friends.

Events:

• 5K Run/Walk
• 10K Run/Walk
• Kid's Fun Run
• 5K Racewalking

All proceeds benefit Village Shalom’s Memory Support Programs, providing compassionate care for residents with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

Registration Fees:

• 5K Run/Walk: $29 (early bird) - $40 (race day)
• 10K Run/Walk: $34 (early bird) - $45 (race day)
• Kid's Fun Run: $10

All registrations include a Race T-Shirt and Finisher’s Medal.

Packet Pickup:

• Friday, June 19, 2026: 3:00pm - 6:00pm
• Sunday, June 21, 2026: 6:30am - 7:30am (Race Day)

Awards will be given to top finishers in various categories.
