Wolfman Triathlons

The Wolfman Triathlon, presented by Wolfman Triathlon Inc., is one of the first off-road triathlons in Wisconsin. It consists of three segments: a 3-mile whitewater paddle, a 13-mile mountain bike ride, and a 3.5-mile rugged trail run. Staggered starts begin at 8:00 am.

• Triathlon Solo: 20 Miles
• Triathlon Tandem: 20 Miles (Teams paddle in the same boat, bike and run timed individually)
• Triathlon Relay: 20 Miles (3-person team)

Wolfman Trail Runs

• Wolfman Heavy Half Marathon: Approximately 14 Miles (2 laps, mostly single track and technical sections along the river) - Starts at 9:00 am.
• Wolfman Heavy 5K: 3.75 Miles (Follows the same trail as the Wolfman Triathlon run course) - Starts at 11:00 am.
• Wolfman Heavy 10K: 13 Miles

Party and Awards

Includes locally prepared food, beer, family games, an award ceremony, and live music.
