Description: Coach Coral and Coach Skye host a weekend for women only focusing on open water swim technique, strategy and mental hacks to prepare you for your triathlon or swim race. On the last day, participants get to participate in a swim race!

Schedule:

• Friday, March 28
  • 3:00PM - 4:00PM: PACKET PICKUP
  • 4:00PM - 5:00PM: Welcome Session
  • 5:00PM - 6:00PM: Form and Technique
  • 6:45PM: GROUP DINNER (walking distance from Sand Key Sheraton Resort)
• Saturday, March 29
  • Morning: OWS Session (Sighting, Buoy Turns, Contact)
  • Mid-Morning: Learning Session (Mobility and Breath work)
  • Afternoon: Lunch Provided at Hotel
  • Mid-Afternoon: Learning Session (Fueling your Swim)
  • Late Afternoon: OWS Session (Race Simulation and Distance Practice)
  • Evening: Dinner on your own
• Sunday, March 30
  • Morning: 1st Annual Women's Open Water Swim Race (registration included)
  • Mid-Morning: Learning Session
  • Noon: Depart
