The You Thirsty 5K is a community-driven run created to bring awareness to something simple that many people overlook — drinking water and staying hydrated. Hosted by SUPLMNT, this event blends fitness, culture, music, and wellness into an early-morning outdoor experience designed for runners, families, and the community to come together with one purpose: move your body and hydrate. Along the course, runners will pass hydration stations, educational signage, music, and energy that turns a normal 5K into something bigger than a race. This is not about pace. It’s about participation, awareness, and showing up for your health. Every registration is part of our Buy One, Give One initiative. When you sign up, a SUPLMNT bottle and hydration lookbook are donated to a youth through our community partners, helping the next generation understand the importance of hydration and overall wellness. Expect a DJ, wellness vendors, SUPLMNT check-in tents, event merch, and a mapped trail through the park designed to create an experience you’ll remember. The You Thirsty 5K isn’t just a run.
