RC8K came to life after David Suivez ran with the Harbour Runners during his sabbatical back in 2011. Quickly the decision was made to set up something similar in his hometown, Zurich, Switzerland – with the kind help of Nike. We represent the idea that everybody who has a body is an athlete. We are a loose network of urban and creative people following the pursuit of happiness through a weekly run. We are part of a worldwide network of running crews. We run to socialise and enjoy the city, therefore our pace is a “talking pace”. The RUNNING CREWS project is constantly growing We are working hard to make Running Crews a tool for the runner’s community. We already have exciting updates coming in the next months.
