Run Dem Crew

Run Dem Crew is a vibrant running community based in London, England. Founded by Charlie Dark in 2007, the crew has transformed London’s running landscape and uplifted the next generation through mentorship and support. The crew goes beyond the traditional running club experience, fostering a tight-knit community that celebrates the love of running and the power it holds to bring people together. They welcome runners of all abilities and organize runs split into groups according to fitness and pace. The crew meets every Tuesday at the Lululemon store in Spitalfields Market.
