Run Squad CGN

Run Squad CGN is a running crew based in Cologne, Germany, founded in March 2015. The crew, which started with 70 members, runs on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends. The crew was founded by Jasmina and is captained by Andreas Henning. The crew has grown into a close-knit community, more like a group of friends than a club. They train hard, play hard, and are proud of their Squad members. Running in Cologne offers a mix of urban and natural environments to explore, with several parks and pedestrian-friendly paths. The city also hosts a variety of running events throughout the year.
