13th Annual YMCA Strides For Kids 5K Dash

ABOUT THE RACE:

Come Join us for the 13th Annual YMCA Strides For Kids 5K Dash a Flat and Super Fast Course. A PR awaits you! You can “Run the Course, Live the Cause” and help us make an even a bigger impact in our community. Proceeds from the race help us make a difference in underserved areas of the River Region and give kids an opportunity to experince the YMCA. All Participants will receive a race shirt and a finishers medal. Walk-in/Late registrations are welcome (but not guaranteed a shirt). There will also be a 1 Mile Fun Run.

Proceeds benefit the Annual Giving Campaign, which helps us serve thousands in our community. Our goal is that no one is denied an opportunity to participate in YMCA programs, because of the inability to pay, feed more kids and expand our outreach TOPSoccer program for kids with Diverse Abilities.

Top Overall Male/Female. Top 3 Male/Female in each age groups: (male/female 9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and older.

Entry fee for 5k:

$35 per individual • Pre-race registration guaranteed a Race shirt)• Walk-in registration are welcome! • Rain or Shine, Late Registration after March 30, 2026 $40

Entry fee for 1-Mile Fun Run:

$15 per individual • No Late Registration for 1-Mile Fun Run•(No Shirt)
