Refund Policy
Apuama is committed to providing transparency and security in ticket and registration sales for sports events. Our refund policy follows industry best practices and may vary depending on the event organizer’s rules.
1. Cancellation and Refunds
Buyers may request a refund within 7 (seven) calendar days of purchase, provided that the request is made at least 48 (forty-eight) hours before the event begins.
If the event takes place before this 7-day period, the refund policy may not apply, depending on the organizer’s rules.
Important: Platform fees are non-refundable. The refunded amount will cover only the ticket or registration cost, according to the event organizer’s policies.
2. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be made directly to the event organizer. Apuama acts solely as an intermediary platform and does not process refunds on behalf of organizers.
To request a refund, contact the event organizer using the details available on the event page. The organizer is responsible for reviewing and processing the request according to their own rules and timelines.
3. Refund Process and Timelines
If the refund is approved by the organizer, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method used at the time of purchase:
• Credit Card: The refund will be issued to the same card used for payment and should appear on the next or subsequent billing statement, depending on the credit card provider’s policies.
• Bank Slip (Boleto) or Bank Transfer: The refund will be issued via bank transfer to an account registered under the same CPF used for the purchase, within 30 business days after the refund request is approved.
• PIX: If the purchase was made via PIX, the refund will be automatically processed to the same account within 7 business days, if requested within 90 days of purchase. After this period, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.
4. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an event is canceled or postponed, the buyer must contact the event organizer directly to check the available options. The organizer may offer:
- A full or partial refund, according to their policies;
- The option to transfer the registration to the new event date;
- Other alternatives as determined by the organizer.
Apuama is not responsible for event cancellations or postponements and does not interfere in the organizers’ refund decisions.
5. Ticket Purchases from Unauthorized Sellers
Apuama is not responsible for tickets purchased through third parties or unauthorized sellers. To ensure the authenticity of your registration, make your purchase exclusively through apuama.com.
