2024 Unity Run 31 Groovy 5K

Join us for the 2024 Unity Run 31 Groovy 5K, a family-friendly event that brings the entire community together to support the United Way of Gordon County. Since 1993, the Unity Run has been raising funds for local community partners in the fields of Education, Basic Needs, and Health. The race starts and ends at the Historic Calhoun Depot, following a certified race route that takes participants through a mostly flat area. This year, we encourage participants to get involved in the annual theme and prizes will be awarded for the best dressed male and female participants. Vendors will be on-site at the finish line, providing free giveaways, and food trucks will offer great options for refreshment and family fun. United Way Agencies will also be present, sharing information about the work they provide. Race bibs and shirts can be picked up starting on Monday, September 23 at the Calhoun Depot. In-person registration and pick-up will be available on September 23-24, with online registration closing on September 22. The Unity Run starts at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, and the Kid's Race begins at 4:30 PM at the Calhoun High School Practice Track.
