2025 Larry Nicholas 8.2K Trail Run

A fun cross-country route in Mission Creek Park. The Larry Nicholas Memorial Cross-Country Race has been a stalwart of the Kelowna Running Club and Interior Running Association race series for over 35 years. This run is in memory of Larry Nicholas who passed away while rock climbing in the mid-1980s. The 8.2K Larry Nicholas Memorial Run is the last race of 2024's Interior Running Association's Trail Series. It is 3 loops in Mission Creek Park.

Time: 10:00 AM PST (Bib pick up 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM)
Location: Mission Creek Regional Park, 2363 Springfield Road (intersection of Springfield and Durnin Roads), Kelowna, BC, Canada
Kids Fun Run: Approximately 11:15 AM (approx. 2km and 1km distances)

Registration: Online registration closes November 1st at 6:00 PM. Registration will NOT be available on race day. Use your legal name for registration (no nicknames).

Parking: Parking is limited; carpool if possible. Street parking is available on Durnin Road. Cars parked on Springfield Road may be ticketed.

Note: This is a cupless race. Bring your own water.
