2025 Running of the Turkeys

This Thanksgiving morning, come enjoy a run in beautiful Arlington, Vermont! The event includes the following races:

• Running of the Turkeys 5K: $30 (price increases after November 14, 2025 at 11:59pm EST). 9:00AM EST
• Running of the Turkeys 5K (Battenkill Valley runners Member): $20 (price increases after November 14, 2025 at 11:59pm EST). 9:00AM EST
• Kids Fun Run: $1. Registration ends November 25, 2025 at 9:00pm EST. 8:45AM EST

Location: Fisher Elementary School, 504 E Arlington Rd, Arlington, VT 05250 US

Course: Scenic southwestern Vermont course with a hill (or two or three…)

Walkers: Walkers are welcome; awards to the top 3 male and female finishers.

Check-In: Pre-race registration and packet pick-up on Wednesday, November 26 from 5:30-6:30 PM at the school. Race day registration begins at 7:30 and ends at 8:30 am.

Awards: To the top three overall male and female finishers and winners of 10-year age groups, 60 and above will be 5-year age groups.

Stuff: Turkey t-shirts guaranteed to the first 200 entrants in the 5K run and walk.
