GET YOUR BOOGIE ON! Thank you participating in the 5th Annual Oyster Boogie as part of the 2026 Oyster Festival taking place in Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park in Downtown Beaufort SC. Join the Beaufort Area Hospitality Association for a USATF Certified 5K Race on Saturday morning January 17th in Downtown Beaufort. Starting at 8am on Bay St & Newcastle Streets. Run through Historic Downtown Beaufort and across the Woods Memorial Bridge enjoying the views of the magnificent Beaufort River along a certified 5K course. Race is supported and management by Grounded Running.

Packet pickup will be available at Grounded Running located at 2139 Boundary Street, Ste 108 (the Old K-Mart), Beaufort, SC 29902 on Friday January 16th from 10:00am-2pm and Saturday morning at the starting line from 7:00-7:30am. Please note that T-shirts and sizes are not guaranteed for registrations after 1/8/2026, 3pm.

Additional Info: Event is dog friendly and stroller friendly, Please have pets on a standard 4-6ft lead. No bicycles allowed.

5K Course:

Start/finish line at Freedom Park, down Bay Street cross Woods Memorial Bridge to Lady's Island, down Meridian Rd to Youmans Drive and double back on same route to Freedom Park.

• 5k Run: Overall 1st Place Male & Female - Cash Prize of $100.00
• Overall 2nd Place Male & Female - Cash Prize of $75.00
• Overall 3rd Place Male & Female - Cash Prize of $50.00
