2026 Beecher Freedom 5K Run/Walk

The 20th annual Beecher Freedom 5K Run/Walk will be held on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at 8:00 AM CDT. This event is sponsored by and a major fundraiser for the Beecher Lion's Club. Same day registration and check-in will be from 7:00 AM to 7:45 AM CDT.

• 2026 Beecher Freedom 5K Run: $18 (Registration opens April 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM CDT)
• 2026 Beecher Freedom 5K Walk: $18 (Registration opens April 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM CDT)

Location: Community Hall, 673 Penfield St, Beecher, IL 60401 US

Details: The race course winds through the Village of Beecher with a water station at the halfway point. The race includes accurately marked miles, computerized timing, and free refreshments after the race. Proceeds will help provide vision screenings, eye glasses, and hearing aids to local residents needing financial assistance.

Note: Race shirts are an additional $13 with pre-registration. Race day registration is $25 (no shirts on race day). NO SHIRTS AVAILABLE AFTER JUNE 25!
