2026 Canyon to Coast Marathon, 21k, 11k & 4k

Event Details

The 2026 Canyon to Coast Marathon, 21k, 11k & 4k is hosted by Run Like A Girl Adventure's Inc. at Island 22 Regional Park in Chilliwack, BC. The event supports the Dolly Parton Imagination Library and showcases the local landscapes. It is a family-friendly event.

Local Event:

• Date: Saturday, June 6, 2026
• Start Times: 42km at 8:00 AM, 21km at 8:30 AM, 11km at 9:00 AM, 4km at 9:30 AM
• Location: Island 22 Regional Park, Cartmell Road, Chilliwack, BC, Canada
• Registration Includes: A $5.00 donation to the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, finisher’s medal, finish line food/party, aid stations, event bib number, and timing.
• Awards: 1,2,3 overall finisher awards & prizes from Garrison Running Co.
• Course Information: Routes include Marathon (42km), Half Marathon (21km), 11km, and 4km. Courses are mainly flat with a mix of farm roads and urban-style wide path trails.

Virtual Event:

• Participants can register for a virtual event and run their chosen distance from anywhere.
• Event packages are mailed out before June 6, 2026.
• Registration for Virtual Runners closes April 1, 2025.

Pricing: Prices are inclusive of mandatory charges, items, and fees. Early bird and late bird pricing is available for most distances.

Additional Info:

• Package Pickup: Event morning, 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM at the start/finish line.
• Awards & Swag: All finishers receive a medal. Top 3 overall for each distance receive a special medal.
• Cupless Event: Participants must bring their own reusable cup.
• Carpooling: Highly encouraged due to parking limitations.
• Timing: Via a timing app, results shared post-event.
• Trail Etiquette: Respectful sharing of trails with other users, leave no trace policy, and awareness of surroundings (e.g., music volume).
• Dogs: Allowed in the park on leash or in the off-leash area, but not permitted to participate in the event.
