Join us for the 2026 Good Friday 5K and 10K and 1K Kids Bunny Hop Races!!! We're happy to be running along the beautiful waterfront in downtown Burlington. This is both a Family and Competitive Event. Burlington Runners Club and 2026 Good Friday Race is in support of the FAB Foundation Fit Active Beautiful- Helping young girls become strong women fitactivebeautiful.ca

Race Schedule

• 1 Km Family Bunny Hop: 8:30 AM
• 10 Km Run/Walk: 9:30 AM
• 5 Km Run/Walk: 9:40 AM

Race Kit Pick-up

• Thursday, April 2, 2026
  Location: Escarpment Running Inc. - 384 Martha St, Burlington ON, L7R 2P7
  Time: 4:00PM - 7:30PM
• Friday, April 3, 2026 - Race Day
  Location: Spencer Smith Park. 1400 Lakeshore Rd, Burlington ON L7S 1B3 East end Gazebo/Naval Canopy
  Time: 7:30AM - 9:15AM

Race Course

Participants will be running/walking on a course along the beautiful Burlington Waterfront Trail. The course will proceed west on the Waterfront Trail and then turn south heading towards Burlington Beach.

• 5K Run/Walk - Participants will complete one loop of the course heading out and back on to the trail and finish back at Spencer Smith Park.
• 10K Run/Walk - Participants will complete two loops of the course heading out and back on to the trail twice and finish back at Spencer Smith Park.
• 1K Bunny Hop - Enjoy a run or a stroll around Spenser Smith Park!

Time Limit

10K Run/Walk and 5K Run/Walk: The official limit is 120 minutes. If you are over 120 minutes, your race will not be timed.
