2026 LVMPD SAR 5k

Event Details and Schedule

This event takes place at Spring Mountain Ranch State Park. Parking is included if you arrive before 7:30 am; anyone entering the park after 7:30 am will pay a $10 entry fee. Runners will start promptly at 7:15 am. Those participating in the walk will start after the last runner crosses. After the race, there will be a helicopter demonstration of LVMPD Search and Rescue Operations and a rescue rally featuring other vehicles from LVMPD organizations, Clark County Fire Department, North Las Vegas Fire Department, Community Ambulance, and more. Coffee, food, and beverages will be available.

Parking will be provided for registered runners. The parking lot will be open 2 hours prior to the run. Anyone arriving after 7:30 am will be required to pay the park entry fee of $10.

Opening ceremony will start at 7:15 am, with the run starting at approximately 7:30 am. 1 Mile walkers will start after runners have all passed the start line (approximately 10-15 minutes later).

Rescue Rally and Helicopter demonstration will start at 0900.

Course info to be provided prior to run.

Early Packet pickup will be Friday April 25 from 4-8 pm at REI Boca Park Location: 710 S Rampart Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89145.
