2026 Royal Road Race

The Royal Road Race is back for 2026, offering a premier race experience during Mother's Day weekend. Participants can run within the RCMP Training Academy in Regina, Saskatchewan. This year features an all-new 3K Family Run, alongside the existing 1K Mini Mountie, 5K, and 10K events. It will also host the 2026 Saskatchewan Provincial 5km Road Championships with various age groups.

Finishers of the 5km and 10km events will receive a product from Hillberg & Berk. A prize purse of $4000.00 is available for the Royal Road Race 2026.

Courses:

• 1K Mini Mountie Run
• 3K Family Run
• 5K (also Saskatchewan Provincial 5km Road Championships)
• 10K

Included with Registration:

• 5km and 10km events: Breakfast buffet, Hillberg & Berk earrings, Finishers medal
• Mini-Mountie event: Breakfast buffet, Finishers medal

Important Information:

• Package pickup is at the Atlas Hotel on Thursday, May 7th and Friday, May 8th. No package pickup on race day.
• Race Day: Saturday, May 9th, 2026. Opening ceremonies at 8:45 a.m. Races start at 9:00 a.m. (5K/10K) and 9:05 a.m. (3K/1K).
• Fees are non-refundable and registrations are non-transferable.
• Strollers, bicycles, skateboards, in-line skates, and pets are not allowed on the course.
• Headphone use is not permitted for safety reasons.
• Awards and prize money will be distributed for various categories in the 5K and 10K events.
