22nd Annual SGT Nutter 5K - 2026

Race Information

On Saturday, June 20, 2026, Class 68 of the New Jersey Army National Guard Officer Candidate School (NJOCS) in Sea Girt, NJ will host the 20th Annual Sergeant Nutter 5K Run. This event is organized by the SGT Sam Nutter Organization Inc (SSNO) in memory of the late SGT Samuel Nutter, to benefit the family of a NJ National Guard service member.

The 5K race will take place at the Army National Guard Training Center in Sea Girt, New Jersey. Given the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we will also be offering a virtual participation.

SSNO is a registered 501(c) 3 non-profit organization and 100% of the proceeds will be donated.

Awards

There will be an awards ceremony at the end of the event! We will be giving out medals to the following age brackets:

• Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female Overall Winners
• Age Bracket Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female [12 and under] [13 - 18] [19 - 29] [30 - 39] [40 - 49] [50 - 59] [60 - 69] [70 - 79] [80 +]
