24th Randall's Run/Walk for the Gym 5K

Race Details

The 24th Randall's Run/Walk for the Gym 5K is scheduled for Saturday, September 5, 2026. The event features a 5K Race/Walk starting at 8:30 AM, with a fast out-and-back course. Awards will be given to the Top 2 M/F overall and in 5-year age groups up to 90.

The race starts at Nasson Common near the Library, proceeds up Main St to Heidi St, turns around, and returns to the Nasson Community Center.

A Fun Run for ages 9 and under is free and will take place in the parking lot before the 5K Race.

Proceeds benefit Nasson Community Center programs.

Registration & Pricing

Registration is open. The standard price is $25, increasing by $5 on September 5th. Discount rates are available for runners over 65-90 (supported by New England 65+ Runners Club) and for runners ages 1-12 and 60-99. Sanford/Springvale Residents may be eligible for awards if they check the box during sign-up.

T-shirts will be given to the first 100 entrants.
