2nd Annual Utah SCADaddle 5K Race & Walk for Research

Join us for the 2nd annual Utah SCADaddle to raise money for much-needed SCAD research. Our run/walk takes place in South Jordan City at East Riverfront Park, a family-friendly site with many amenities. The run/walk will start at the East Riverfront Park Pavilion, where the racers will go for 1.55 miles along the Jordan River Parkway. There will be a table for those who want water, and you'll be directed to turn around and return along the same path to the pavilion and finish line. We encourage participants to do the walk/run at their own pace.

Schedule of Events

• April 24th: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Pre-Packet Pickup at Holiday Inn (10499 S Jordan Gateway, South Jordan, UT 84095)
• April 25th:
  • 8:30 am - 9:00 am: Check-in, Packet Pick-up, & Registration
  • 9:00 am - 10:00 am: Welcome/Kick off
  • 10:00 am: Race/Walk Begins
  • 11:00 am - 12:00 pm: Break - Food Truck available
  • 11:30 am: Awards Ceremony at the Pavilion

Race Details

• Chip Timing: Disposable chip timing tag attached to race bibs. Wear bibs on the front.
• Awards: Top three (3) overall male and female, and top male/female in age categories (0-10, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+).
• Packet Pick-Up: Begins at 8:30 am on race day. Early pick-up available April 24th, 6:00-8:00 pm at the Holiday Inn.
• Register by April 5 to guarantee a t-shirt.

Friday, April 24, 2025, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at The Holiday Inn, 10499 S Jordan Gateway, South Jordan, Utah. Meet other racers, SCAD Survivors, and SCAD Angel Families. Grab your packet and enjoy a treat!
