8th Annual Grove Park Community 5K

Together, we're healthier Calling all runners, joggers and walkers! Join us for the 8th annual Grove Park Community 5K. This race is an awesome opportunity to get active and be healthy while helping an Atlanta community thrive. Funds raised from the event benefit the Grove Park Foundation and a community fund supporting additional partners. This year’s course winds through the beautiful Westside Park, where you can see the historic neighborhood of Grove Park firsthand – along with many of the residents who make this such a special and important part of Atlanta. It is chip timed. Strollers and dogs are welcome! Awards will be given to overall male and female, masters male and female and fastest Grove Park resident.

Event details and schedule

Event Day Parking is at the YMCA and Kipp Woodson Park Academy -- set your mapping or Ride Share to 656 Francis Pl. NW, 30318 and look for the parking signs. Public Transit: MARTA train to the Bankhead Station and use Bus 50 west to Hortense Place. Start/Finish location is at the Grove Park Pavilion

Race day schedule

• 7:30 am - late registration and race day pickup begin
• 8:30 am - 5K Start
• 9:30 am - Kids fun run start
