Welcome to the 2024 Spring Fling and our 10th anniversary! Choose between the Half, 10K, or 5K distance and immerse yourself in the lush Coast Range just 20 minutes west of Monroe, Oregon!

Refund Policy
No refunds are available after entry. In the case of a medical emergency, you may transfer to a future calendar year event by emailing us at [email protected] up to 14 days before the event. We can easily apply your entry fee towards the Marys Peak Trail Run if you need to switch within 14 days.
