Event Information

The event will be held at Gem Island Sports Complex in Emmett Idaho. There is a 5K (3.1 miles) option and a 1 Mile option. The start and finish will be at the Gem Island Sports Complex. From a runners perspective - this course is flat and fast if you are after a PR. This race helps support local running teams and clubs. Please consider donating to one of these programs during the registration process. We look forward to you joining us in this exceptionally high quality event.

Race Day Schedule

• 6:45AM - 7:45AM: Bib Pickup at Start/Finish area at Gem Island Sports Complex (Look for Fleet Feet Banners). Day-Of-Race registration available at this time as well.
• 8:00 AM: 5K Race Starts
• 8:05 AM: 1 Mile Race Starts
• 9:10 AM: Podium Awards Begin - Top 3 in each age category (Male/Female awarded separately). Age categories are as follows 1-11, 12-15, 16-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
• 8:30AM - 10:30AM: Post-Race Hydration and Nutrition available

Bib Pickup

• Before-Race-Day: WED JULY 1 through FRI JULY 3 - 10:AM - 7:00PM at Fleet Feet - Meridian (The Village) and Fleet Feet - Nampa.
• Race-Day: 8:00AM - 9:10AM START / FINISH at Gem Island Sports Complex

Course Info

Start/Finish area is at Gem Island Sports Complex (look for Start/Finish arch). From the start, the race will head to the Payette River Path. Runners and Walkers will go to their respective turnaroun point (1.55 Mile for 5K race or .5 Mile for 1 Mile race). This is an out and back course. The trail is fairly wide, but be aware of participants traveling in the opposite direction after you make your turn-around. Stay to the right.
